IPR and copyright extend to all the products and services supplied by Exigia Ltd.

In accordance with The Company’s Service Terms and Conditions in the Agreement with its Clients

Exigia Ltd warrants and undertakes to its Clients that either it owns or is entitled to use and will continue to own or be entitled to use all Intellectual Property Rights used in the development and supply of the Services and/or necessary to give effect to the Services and/or to use any deliverables, matter or any other output supplied to the Clients as part of the Services.

The Company hereby grants to its Clients, for the life of the use by the Clients of any deliverables, material or any other output supplied to the Clients in any format as part of the Services, an irrevocable, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, modify, adapt or enhance such items in the course of the Clients’ normal business operations. For the avoidance of doubt, Clients shall have no rights to commercially exploit (e.g. by selling to third parties) any deliverables, matter or any other output supplied to them in any format as part of the Services.

Except as expressly provided in The Company’s agreements, contracts or terms and conditions, no rights or obligations in respect of Intellectual Property Rights are granted to other Parties or are to be implied from the Company’s agreements, contracts, terms and conditions or this notice.

For the avoidance of doubt

ALL CONTENTS ON THE COMPANY’S WEBSITES ARE PROTECTED BY COPYRIGHT. EXCEPT AS SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED HEREIN, NO PORTION OF THE INFORMATION ON OUR WEBSITES MAY BE REPRODUCED IN ANY FORM, OR BY ANY MEANS, WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION OF THE COMPANY.
